Victoria FAN
OPTWISE Managing Coach, Managing Director

Victoria FAN began her career in China, where she worked as an full-cycle executive recruiter, dealt with top management level recruitment: CEO, CFO, CTO, CMO, COO. She has since lived in most parts of Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand) as well as Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and the United States, as Talent Acquision Director.
She is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Executive Program - General management, achieved GPA 4.0 when she studied in the United States.
Throughout her career, she has supported clients, colleagues, friends, and family in becoming the best versions of themselves. She serves not only as a career coach but also a life coach, especially as she turns her focus away from executives and toward the next generation of young leaders.
She currently lives in New York City and works as Global HRDirector for Ntlabs, a committed career coach, entrepreneur, and investor. She is also an active member of the Wharton Business Club, the Harvard Business Club, Global Hedge Fund, AABDC, and TCFA.

Javier ALVAREZ
Javier ALVAREZ is a partner at New York-based strategy consulting firm Alvarez Cayrol, which specializes in building organizational capabilities, unlocking growth potential, and enhancing performance improvements. His career has focused on advising senior executives, owners, and board members on their most pressing performance issues related to strategy, operational effectiveness, corporate finance, investment decisions, and profitability.
Jun YIM
Jun YIM is the Managing Director at CC Group. With more than 20 years of working experience at Bank of America, HSBC, and Citibank, he has led successful teams assisting high net worth individuals with cash management, lending, investment, corporate banking, and estate planning. He has extensive experience dealing with clients in diverse industries such as hedge fund management, private equity, industrial manufacturing, and conglomerate families. Starting in 2018, Jun has transitioned into the field of fashion, in his new role as Managing Director for the CC Brand.
Hiroshi BAENSCH
Hiroshi BAENSCH is a senior partner in Mercer’s wealth management business, based in the New York office. With over 20 years of consulting experience, he currently serves as the lead consultant and relationship manager for several of the firm’s global clients. Hiroshi’s focus is on the alignment of business and benefit plan strategy. During the 18 years that Hiroshi has been with Mercer, he has headed some of their largest accounts. Before joining the team, he served at PwC as a director of the Office of Quality in the human resource and benefits administration outsourcing division, and as director and team leader in the retirement benefits consulting division.
Bruce MORRIS
​Bruce MORRIS is currently the Chief Executive Officer at TABB Group. He is a highly accomplished market research, digital media and information services executive. Mr. Morris is a Player/Coach with excellent business development, marketing, data, and financial analysis skillsets. He is also very experienced in M&A sourcing and integration, having closed 15 transactions and possesses strong international business experience with responsibilities for managing staff in offices in London, Paris, Buenos Aires, Hong Kong, and Sydney.
